2023 Leaves us
As it says “farewell” to us as of midnight tonight.
let us bid adieu to 2023 with traces of pleasure and pain.
Events of positive happenings like landing on moon brought pleasure,
while untimely death of innocent people lost in heartless wars gave pain.
Time remains unbiased to fame, shame, pleasure or pain, but not humans.
Let us now receive ‘2024’ with open hands and hearts filled with hopes.
Nothing comes from nothing,
but riches of love and empathy at heart always bring treasures of happiness.
Let us not bother as ‘ups and downs’ are woven with all upcoming years.
Life will still resume its normalcy, be it war or peace;
Patience and prayers shall prevail and smiles will supersede tears.
So let us hold hands and walk together in our journey of 2024.
With love,
Harish Panchal ‘Hriday’
Why are we here on earth?,
What did we achieve after so many births?
Attachment leads us towards setting wrong priorities and meaningless goals.
Detachment can set examples of 'noble life'
Let us open our hearts to others
Before we pass away from this world
We were sent here for some purpose and reach out,
we do not know if we could even touch a single heart.
Days, months and years passed and even we may pass,
we still have to go a long way to accomplish our assigned tasks.
We all keep on walking
but not knowing where
There is an unquenched thirst in human hearts, thirst of
feelings, love, affection; a desire to feel content;
but we have been going away from those values of life
that can introduce us to our own inner self
Feeble Feelings of Heart
Let the feeble feelings of heart be carried
through flowing tears of eyes
Let Us Walk in Faith in 2021
When we will look back in the past we may find 2020 having gone down in history as an year full of hardship caused by pain and suffering. Suffering caused by wide-spread sickness, loss of lives, loss of jobs, separation from own families and a long term uncertainty whether life may return to normal or not. Never before in life have we witnessed such hardship that may have caught almost entire world in its grip. But the phrase: “These days will pass too.” Comes to mind to give us some solace.
