MISS ME - BUT LET ME GO
When I come to the end of the road
And the sun has set for me
I want no rites in a gloom filled room
Why cry for a soul set free
Miss Me a Little - But Not Too Long
And not with your head bowed low
Remember the love that we once shared
Miss Me - But Let Me Go.
For this a journey that we all must take
And each must go alone
It's all a part of the Master's Plan
A step on the road to home.
When you are sick and lonley at heart
Go to the friends we know
And bury your sorrows in doing good deeds
Miss Me - But Let Me Go.
(Authour Unknown)
I do not know who wrote these Poem ,
but I was moved by the feelings immersed in its words
which seem to have arisen from the heart of a noble soul
who might perhaps have lost his life fighting to save the soil of Motherland
or might have died on the line of duty to safeguard the souls of mankind.
We all pass through the pleasures, pain and atrocities woven into human life,
Even in loneliness the message is loud and clear:
“bury our sorrows in doing good deeds,”
We too, shall pass from this world one day. And our passing soul may be singing:
“Miss Me but Let Me Go”
(Harish Panchal – ‘Hriday’)
Let Us Walk in Faith in 2021
When we will look back in the past we may find 2020 having gone down in history as an year full of hardship caused by pain and suffering. Suffering caused by wide-spread sickness, loss of lives, loss of jobs, separation from own families and a long term uncertainty whether life may return to normal or not. Never before in life have we witnessed such hardship that may have caught almost entire world in its grip. But the phrase: “These days will pass too.” Comes to mind to give us some solace.
Tribute to All Mothers
Today, many, many, many years, eras ago,
God, in His wise wisdom took a pious action,
which still continues to be implemented on a daily basis.
Feeble Feelings of Heart
Let the feeble feelings of heart be carried
through flowing tears of eyes
I’ll be your Valentine!
Let narrow and dark be the roads of life,
I will guide you my friend, I’m your Valentine!
When hopes go down, frustrations grow,
Look up to me, I’ll be your hope, your Valentine!
We Are Held Hostage
Our inability to be freed from our vices and habits are holding us hostage, keeping us from fulfilling our goals and coming up in life. This is the weakness of our minds. When mind becomes our master, we get under its control. Let us reverse the role with a firm determination.
